Quick And Easy Potholders

Quick And Easy Pot Holders
Materials:
Size I Hook
Cotton Yarn
Yarn Needle for weaving ends

Stitches used:
Ch= Chain
Sc= Single Crochet
DC= Double Crochet

Rev Sc= Reverse Single Crochet
Sl St= Slip StitchSt= Stitch
Note: Pattern is done in the round.Each round is joined. Potholder is made in 2 parts, front and back.
Front
Row 1= Ch 3. Join to make a ring. Dc 12 times into ring. Sl st to ch 3 to join.
Ch 2.
Row 2= 2 Dc in each st around.Sl st to ch 3 to join.Ch 2.
Row 3= Dc in next st, 2 DC in next around. Sl st to ch 3 to join.Ch 2.
Row 4= Dc in next 2, 2 dc in next around. Sl st to join. Ch 2.
Row 5= Dc in next 3, 2 dc in next around. Sl st to join. ch 2.
Row 6= Dc in next 4, 2 dc in next around. Sl st to join.Finish off. weave in ends.
Back
Follow same pattern as front, rows 1-6, except when you get to row 6 do not finish off.
Row 1= Place wrong sides facing each other and single crochet both sides together,sl st to first sc.
Row 2= Rev sc around. sl st to first rev sc and end off. weave in ends.
Coasters (make 4)
Follow first 3 rounds of pattern for potholders.
Round 4 rev sc around. end off weave in ends.

One small suggestion about the blog itself. Write your posts in BOLD style, and a bit bigger. Some of us older-young girls might have a bit of a hard time reading the posts.

Thank you! I made the print in bold. Actually I did it for all my patterns. I hope this is easier to see for you. Thanks for letting me know, hopefully this will help out a little more for everyone.
